Browsing through the Open Data Portal of the Arona City Council is done anonymously; only access to some of the services offered will require providing personal data. These data will be incorporated into the corresponding processing activities of the Arona City Council and will be processed for the specific purpose that corresponds in accordance with the regulation established by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the European Council of April 27, 2016, regarding the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on the Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights.
The legitimacy of the processing may be based on the consent of the interested parties and/or the fulfillment of a legal obligation and/or the fulfillment of a mission carried out in the public interest and/or the protection of vital interests and/or the execution of a contract.
The data retention period will depend on what is specified for each personal data processing.
The data collected will only be transferred, where appropriate, with the prior consent of the interested person or in accordance with the provisions of the aforementioned legislation.
People whose personal data are processed by the Arona City Council may exercise the rights of access, rectification, deletion, opposition, limitation of processing and portability, as well as to oppose automated individual decision-making, including the creation of profiles, in in the manner provided for in current legislation on the matter, before the body responsible for the file.
